Hirugano Picnic Garden (English)

By car:
From gifu: 1 hour 30 minutes
From Nagoya: 1 hour 50 minutes
※ The nearest interchange gates are Hirugano Kogen Service Area smart IC (ETC only)(10 minutes) or Takasu IC (15 minutes).
By bus:
①Take the bus to Hirugano Kogen Service Area runs from Gifu bus terminal or Meitetsu bus terminal.
② After arrived at Hirugano Kogen Service Area, you can use the Hirugano Picnic Garden’s free shuttle bus.
※If you want to use the shuttle bus, reservations by telephone to Hirugano Picnic Garden are required.

You can buy the ticket at the counter when you arrived at Hirugano Picnic Garden.
【Business hours and ticket price】
Hirugano Kogen Picnic Garden usually opens in July where the petunias bloom beautifully and ends in October after the blooming period of Bassia scoparia is over. Each ride has different price and it is separate with entrance fee. Please see the more details here.→
【What can you try?】
1． Zip Line
Packaged in the form of a 2-hour tour, zip line at Hirugano Picnic Garden is different with zip line at other place. A guide is prepared for each group consisting of several people. After the guide told the participants about the rules of the tour and be ready with security equipment. Participants will play in 8 obstacle lines. While doing the tour, the guide will do some exciting quizzes and games too.
2. Offroad Buggy
In this buggy tour with duration about 1 hour, participants will ride buggy car with the guide, while enjoying the beauty of Hirugano Kogen from a height of 1000 meters. Children have height over 100 cm can ride it together, so this is also suitable for those who come with family.
3. Disc Golf
With 300 participants can play throwing flying discs without a time limit. From children to adults can play this.

1. Momoiro café and terrace
This cafe, which is located on the top of hill, not only offers a dessert menu with aesthetic appearance and delicious taste, but also views of the mountain combined with the houses of residents that can help people to relax and relieve their stress. The café is only open from July to October, and close at winter.
2. Sky Restaurant In this restaurant, there are many menus on offer, from rice to various kinds of noodles.
3. Stands and souvenir shops
Beside at Momoiro Café and Terrace, visitors can also enjoy desserts such as frapes, ice cream and others at various stands. For those who look for souvenirs can visit the souvenir shop which is located near the entrance.
